In-App Support
You can submit support tickets and feedback directly from within the ThrusterLog app:
- Go to Settings → Support to submit a support ticket
- Go to Settings → Feedback to share your experience and suggestions
When submitting a ticket, your app version and device information are automatically included to help us diagnose issues faster.
Common Topics
Account & Subscription
- Manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID settings
- Restore purchases via Settings → Restore Purchases
- For refund requests, contact Apple through App Store support
Cloud Sync
- Cloud sync is available for Pro subscribers
- Ensure you have an active internet connection for sync to work
- Sync uses a last-write-wins strategy for conflict resolution
Data & Privacy
- Delete your account via Settings → Delete Account
- All data is removed from both device and servers upon deletion
